Verein Projekt Eden is a non-profit organization that strengthens local communities, promotes sustainable lifestyles and connects people.
With projects in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, we create spaces for encounters, nature, education and economic responsibility.
Our aim is not to create a utopia, but to make life in the here and now more conscious, more communal and more meaningful - step by step.
Our focus
Verein Projekt Eden is a movement that works locally, networks economically and supports sustainable ideas with heart and mind. Our focus areas show how we live community and shape the future.
Local community projects
We support and initiate projects that connect local people: from playgroups and intergenerational get-togethers to community gardening, planting campaigns and social aid campaigns.
The guild - economically sensible networking
The Guild is our economic arm: it connects companies, self-employed people and initiatives that work according to ethical and sustainable principles. This is where products, services and forms of cooperation with a future are created.
Promotional projects with impact
Some projects require financial support in order to become reality. Our funding projects make transparent what is being donated for, how much is needed and what progress has been made.
Focus on current funding projects
Educational workshop for children
We create a safe space in which children can learn through play and develop manual, creative and social skills. The educational workshop should be locally based and offer regular workshops led by experienced educators and members.
1000 trees for Eden
With this project, we want to plant trees in a targeted manner - in community areas, in partner projects or as local action days. Every tree donation helps to bind CO₂ and promote biodiversity.
Solar for the communal courtyard
We are equipping the communal courtyard with solar panels to provide sustainable energy for the communal kitchen, workshops and events. A showcase project for sustainability in practice.
